The new generation of consoles such as the Xbox Series S and X and also the PlayStation 5 have been out now since late 2020 making them just over two years old and slowly creeping up on three years later this year.
Whilst many people have been able to upgrade to the new generation of consoles, some people are still ending up left behind on the older consoles such as the Xbox One, Xbox One S, or Xbox One X, and the PlayStation 4. This is leaving some gamers behind especially when some games are not being released at the same time or even at all on the previous generations of consoles.
I have not been able to jump onto the new generation of consoles due to not being able to afford to do so at the moment myself and I am noticing the difference in a lot of games such as Roblox and Fortnite where the game tends to load a lot slower than I do remember.
Have you been able to jump on the new generation of consoles? Do you feel people are getting left behind who are not able to upgrade at the moment?
