Has your business license ever been revoked?

If you're a business owner, has there ever been a time where your business license was revoked? If so, what happened and were you able to get your license back? If I was a business owner myself, I'd take the rules and regulations really seriously and I would be up to date on all of it. But there are times where you can't control things and you may lose your license.

What would you do in such a situation? Have you ever had to fight to get your license back?

I have been involved with three different offline businesses and I acquired necessary permits for the business and thankfully I renewed permits timely and my license was never revoked
