Has Anyone Used Joomla?

Joomla is an open-source content management system that can be used to build different kinds of websites. However, unlike WordPress, it is not easy to work with, you need some level of programming skills to use the software. It is also difficult to find help because it has a small community. Having said that Joomla is more secure than WordPress and perfect for multi-user sites.

Joomla is bad for preventing spam comments. I have left blogging for this issue.

Joomla does a poor job of limiting spam comments. I stopped blogging because of this problem.

I've used it in the past many many years ago. I found it somewhat difficult to get on with and much prefer Wordpress if i'm setting up a blog-style website.. I'm not sure if Joomla has improved since I last used it though. I did find the theme selection limited back when I used it and it just didn't seem very user-friendly if you weren't an experienced user with it already.
