If you're a boss or business owner, and have a crew of employees, has there ever been a time where an employee of yours went behind your back? Maybe they broke rules, or stole something. Or they are doing the work how they see fit and not following the job title. Maybe they chose something you were supposed to get the final say on. Etc.

Would you fire an employee for going behind your back?
