Has AI helped you develop your code better?

I haven't messed much with AI for coding, but I know that people have been able to use AI apps to help them code better. I wouldn't say rely on AI to just make your code for you. You need to walk it through a process I hear. Use it to help with the coding you're building, but make sure you test, test, and test before ever using that code.

But, I realize that AI can help you improve on your coding. So, with that being said, has AI in any way helped you code better?

I have not used Generative AI to generate codes, well I have no knowledge about codes and I do not want to try on my own only to mess up with codes on my website. However, I understand Generative AI like ChatGPT can be really useful to generate codes.
