Harry Potter Houses

Have you ever taken a Harry Potter Quiz, such as on Pottermore? What Harry Potter House would you be in and do you agree with the quiz results? If you've not taken the quiz, here are some qualities of the houses, which one do you think you would fit into and why?

Gryffindor - Chivalry, courage, and daring
Hufflepuff - Loyalty, dedication, patience, fairness, and hard work
Ravenclaw - Wisdom, intellect, and learning
Slytherin - Ambition, resourcefulness, cunning, and leadership

As much as I'd like to believe I'd be in Ravenclaw, the reality is that my ambition overrides my wisdom more than it should.

I'm personally a Hufflepuff. I always thought maybe Gryffindor, but I think it's because I looked up to the Gryffindor's portrayed in Harry Potter. I think the qualities line up with me mostly. I've taken the quiz on Pottermore twice and both times I got Hufflepuff.

I did the quiz and it put me in Gryffindor, but looking at the qualities above I'd say that I'm more suited to Ravenclaw.

My experience of the quiz is that it tends towards putting you in the house you think you want to be in rather than where you'd theoretically have gone if you were to be sorted by the Sorting Hat.

First time I did the quiz, Ravenclaw, based on the answers I wanted to give. Second time based on a slightly more honest/self-reflective view... Slytherin.

Hufflepuff, most likely. I saw the phrase "hard-working" and immediately thought that has to be me. My biggest compliment in life has always been my hard-working ethic in the work field.

As much as I would love to be in Gryffindor, from what I am reading, it seems I may be more suited to Hufflepuff.

I suppose that's better than Slytherin though

I'm a Ravenclaw and my spouse is a Slytherin! Not all Slytherin are bad people, the franchise just kind of made them out to be bad since it was from Harry's perspective. Merlin is a Slytherin in the Harry Potter universe.
