What can one do in a bit to recover a hacked Facebook account from a hacker. I am seriously In need of a solution to this..
What do I need to have before I can go about the recovery process or do I just forget about it and consider creating a new one?

Personally, once my Facebook account was hacked, they immediately sent me an email with the information, that they had opened it to the other side of the world, they asked me a number of questions, I recovered it and changed the password, you must write to the staff in charge to get it back.

My brother had his WhatsApp and Facebook accounts hacked and despite all the efforts to reach support to even block the account if irrecoverable yielded nothing. When he got tired, he went ahead and created another account and made sure all friends and families put up a warning against the old one.

My Facebook that I have been using since 2008 was hacked last year and I couldn't recover it cos I don't have the email account in which I open it with..I forgot the email address itself since 2013.
But if you want to retrieve your Facebook account simply contact Facebook support line or if you still have your email and all your details you used to sign-up on the site..you can enter the recovery phrase questions especially if you don't have much friends..it will be easy to answer the friends you have and friends you don't have

That depends on the way you opened your account first time . You must keep it more protected by using more then one email and also a phone number . And give the othority to one of the trusted friends or familly members to restaures it if it got hacked

I don't think there is any way to recover a locked or hacked Facebook account. Next time if you open a Facebook account you will need to secure your account effectively. You will need to talk to the hacker with another account only if you want to get the account back from the hacker

This wouldn't happen if you had used a two-factor authentication to secure your facebook account. But you can still get it back by sending a message to facebook customer care support. They can help you get your account back.

You need to contact Facebook with proof of the account ownership. This may take a long process and you have to be prompt to reply all messages they sent you proper details. The same thing happen to a friend few weeks ago. It got to a point that he had to go on series of call to and from Facebook.

Well, my facebook account has never been hacked. I hope and pray it doesn't really because that might result in a costly damage. However, if your facebook account is verified or linked to some strong other account, you can always recover.

My account was switch off due to some busy schedule but when i opened it so it was hacked by some one i was really shocked to see that how can it happen than i urgently type the password again and again than i got a message from facebook side to reset your password as it was opened in some one other desktop as well so than after recovery i got my facebook id back.

If the hacker hacked it on a purpose x even if you recover it, he might have deleted all your vital documents. But if you need it badly, support can help you in recovering it. You need all your creditial though. I am writing from experience.
