If you want to become successful, the first requirement is you need to desire for success. You need to have this though that you need to become successful. This is basically referred to as growth mindset. If you look around you will see that all people want to grow and there is no one who does not want to grow. However, you will also see very few people become successful. Therefore, having growth mindset is not enough, you need knowledge and skills to work and become successful
