Good time to replace your GPU?

When it comes to PC hardware, talking about those that have a desktop and those that had prebuilt or build their own system. When is it a good time to replace your GPU?

The old GPU that I had was used for 10 years before I was able to afford to get a new card and once I had a new card gaming became far better again. ANd what's your card that you got

My PC currently does not have a graphics card but I am going to get a graphics card as soon as I find a good deal as graphics cards are usually expensive where I live. You can replace your GPU if you find a good deal or if you want to play the most recent AAA games.
