Gave up a domain?

Have you ever given up a domain and then later regretted it? I had a really good one a couple decades ago and it was expensive to keep up every year so I dropped it. Now I really wish I had it back because I could do so much with it!

Have you ever abandoned a domain name only to come to regret it? A few decades ago, I had a really good one, but I stopped using it because it was too expensive to maintain each year. I really wish I had it back now because I could use it for so many things.

Has happened twice so far, lapsed from lack of funds, I do keep regular checks for if they get dropped.

Nope... I've had one that lapsed a while ago, but by then I hadn't used it in any links for years anyway .

I have given up a lot of domains, and some of these domains were of great value, for instance, I once dropped a domain called free classroom.

Yes. when I couldn't afford my hosting and closed my old forum, I gave up Chat-Addicts.com and I really regret it now. If i had the ability to bring it back I would even just for nostalgia purposes but sadly I don't have any backups left from that forum. :-(
