Games with maps and games without maps

Games without maps has some special experience and benefits, gives players freedom and tend to gains more engagement that games without maps.

On the contrary, games without maps, guide users and credit benefits to it such as awareness, observations, markdowns, etc.

I love games that has map too but with speciality to the game genre, shooting and racing games are most preferable as to that of which prefer to have maps.

Do you like games with maps quite more?

I like map games more because as you say, they give more freedom to the player to make more decisions or do more things in a more open world, I don't usually like linear games where the territory is set to follow it in stages and you can't explore further.
