For this post's purpose I'll explain why anyway! Through the years I've reviewed games, websites, forumes, etc. I've gotten good enough to open up a website and get free games doing it. As well as I love purchasing game bundle's... bundles. Mostly for a single game, so I constantly have leftover games. With over 200 games already in my steam library the other games on my bundles just sit there, gathering dust. So... Why not make a forum about gaming, and give it to the members who are dedicated enough to spike up conversations and talk with one another about gaming. Help each other out, and form groups, clans, and guilds in games!
YES! There are already loads of gaming forums out there, and YES! some are way more established than GameHandout, but what do they offer you in return to your dedication, and service to the website? What do you get for being active, and a hard earned member of their website/forum? GameHandout offers you your opinion on how the site is ran/managed, your decisions matter to us! If you want something added, and enough people wish to have it we will add it, and work toward making you, the community, the people who make the forum what it is, happy! As well as... FREE GAMES! What better incentive to post, and be active than getting some free games by doing it. By doing something you're already doing somewhere else, you can do on GameHandout and get free games by doing it. It's a win/win situation. I get the satisfaction of having you, the amazing community of GameHandout here to discuss various things with, and you get the amazing opportunity to receive free games.
How do you get the games? You're probably asking yourself this as well... Most forums do a Member of The Month, or top posters, etc. This isn't always the most fair option in our opinion. What happens if you have to leave for a week, or you can't make enough posts due to an event, but you've been active the whole other month... These are things we considered. We use a forum currency, this way you can post at your own pace and still get games whenever you can. We have also made it so you don't need to post thousands of posts just to get a free game, no, you only have to post a few before you start getting enough to get your games. Not only do we offer individual game purchases, you can also purchase the random purchase for normally over half of what an actual game costs (ALL FORUM CURRENCY)! This means, you have a chance of getting any game that's on there. This is completely random, and we use a random generator to choose what game you win. This way we're not cheating you of anything.
