Forumotion is phpbb and now all its stuff is mobile optimized. That's a big plus. Well, so many people are on mobile.

I have used free hosting for test sites, however, I have never used free hosting for my main sites. I learned about free web hosts only after I already had bought hosting. Therefore, I never hosted my sites with free hosting. If I had known about free hosting before I bought hosting, I would have certainly tried free hosting for my sites
