Follow any work traditions?

Do you guys follow any work traditions? Maybe you and your crew have special events, parties etc that you do as a team. I don't have a team, but I think it would be awesome to have a team of employees and have our own traditions. Do you guys have any work traditions?

The major work tradition which most people follow in my country is end-of-the-year party which they celebrate to appreciate how the business have been managed throughout the whole year and also recognise staffs that have contributed a lot to the growth of the business in a year.

We've had lots of end of the year party at my place of work and only didn't do it last year because of how bad the economy was. Our boss took out time to explain a lot on this and told us that it is better we just shared some items instead of throwing up a party.

It is good to have a party in the end. A workplace's boos must try to emphasise on such kind of traditions so that the employees could enjoy being in the workplace. It is always a good thing in the end because your employees could refresh themselves and get a break.

There are so many people who don't get along in their workplaces but the end of the year's party always brings everyone together to have fun together. Now, it's not all about working but appreciating how the year have gone by. A lot of people with grievances have normally settled at at end of the year's party.

They may never actually like the workplace in the first place. However, they may have no other choice initially. They have to work in that environment regardless of the workplace. They focus more on their goals and keep up with things. This is a reality.

This is very important for the business existence. Whenever there's a supportive working environment and coworker bonding, there will be improved mutual understanding and relationships between all workers. Once workers are of the same mind and goal, they will check their work objectives very fast.

There are some people that are going to tell you that working online is something that is very easy but depending on what you are doing, it is not always something that is very easy. This is because of the level of commitment that you're supposed to put into the job that you are doing is always going to be very demanding that you need a very good schedule to be able to keep up with your work.

The fact of the matter remains that working conditions and traditions are slightly different for freelancers as they are working in a completely different settings.
