Personally, I don't have a favourite because I have never used Xenforo for my own forum communities.

Ozzy is a good developer. My only problem is a lot of his add-ons could be put in one add-on.
You sure you aren't talking about Andy's Add-ons/Remove-ons? ;)

Personally... for the "big" stuff, pretty much only Bob.
For smaller stuffy, mainly Xon.
I use very little of Ozzy's stuff, and absolutely NONE of Andy's.

Bob's add on's are superb. BenFF has some extensions that we use here too. Plus a few small ones from XENTR, Xon and Siropu. A few from DragonByte (shop, credits and mailing)

I refuse to use Andy’s add-ons. It’s not just the code quality concerns, I hate how his add-one are designed.

I been thinking about using DragonByte mailing on Peak Forum. Already use shop and credit.
Definitely worth it.

I kinda dislike how he sells his add-on's because even if you only like/need one, it's a 35 USD yearly subscription. But his work, his choice I guess.

If I remember correctly... there was a prolific developer in the 1.x days that did similar for a while... and he finally gave it up as it was WAY to much to try to support all the different add-ons he had. His add-ons were dispersed in the wind to various other developers to take over.

DragonByte is a great developer, but I hate his pricing structure and branding. That’s why I don’t use his add-ons. They cost a fortune.
Yeah, that’s true. Don’t really like any branding except for a theme branding. But there’s little we can do about it and the add ons are often too good to neglect. Brand-free option is often available but the cost is too heavy on top of an already paid add on. But still, we need to be grateful for the great work they do, and some devs often for free.
