Am considering shopping for a fb or twitter account to give my blog a face-raise and to have greater social media interaction. But do not know which one to head for between facebook and twitter. Which one can have greater effect on my reader, have interactions with them and convey more site visitors to my blog?

Facebook, because it is more popular than Twitter and on average almost everyone has an account there.

This depends on person to person, some people are only on facebook and some are only on twitter, some are on both of them. Whever you have more followers and friends, share there.
I get more views in facebook and more interaction in twitter.

Hello, it depends on which is the target you want to address, if it is an adult audience, it is preferable to use Twitter, on the other hand if you want to address a youth audience it is preferable to do it through Facebook, also take into account the type of information for who are more striking, from there you can go.

I think Facebook, facebook has more viewers and users than Twitter in my own opinion
Twitter too has alot of users too and they are interactive, and advertising on Facebook is a bit complex.

Seems I'll go for Facebook then, but advertising on Facebook is a bit complex.

My target are potential buyers so anyone.

For potential buyers and subscribers you should go for Twitter cos it connects you with potential customers and you can easily interact with them with your tweet and updates

I’d suggest you use Facebook. First reason is it has a large number of user. The second reason is most people on twitter don’t click on links they just want to have fun that’s all

exactly, I don't just need traffic, I need potential buyers.

If I use influencers to push it on twitter, it should work

Facebook is the best in my opinion especially when you consider things like the target audience and the number of its users which is larger than that of twitter.

I think you've to dump of them and go for Google AdWords. I believe this type of ads is the most effective because more people are already complaining about Facebook ads not converting

I ll recommend facebook.because there is different people related to different interest and you can post your blog details /link in Facebook groups which are related to your blog

for now I prefer Facebook because from the fact that there are far more Facebook fans than Twitter enthusiasts So that's the reason I prefer Facebook

Facebook is a great social network that can help you a lot, but you shouldn't rule out twitter, as it is also very good. In your case I would stay with the two options

I am assuming that you have both a Facebook and Twitter account. Which account has the most number of followers and friends? If it is Twitter then I guess that is the most practical to use since you already have a ready audience. Another question is the kind of followers or friends that you have. In my Facebook account most of my active friends are the lower class which means they cannot relate when I would make a post about technical matters. Things like that should also be considered because like me I wouldn't react to a post about politics.

Generally, Facebook has many users and buyers than Twitter. So if you plan on selling something in the long run, Facebook is your best shot
