My terms of my online jobs which I receive payment first before working is there's no room for refund. If you later say you're no longer in need of the services, you're going to forfeit the money paid because I don't refund.

Yes, I'm talking about my own terms and conditions of working for any clients. I will never accept for refund. If you pay for my servicies, I will start your order immediately. The order cannot be changed or refunded. Any other freelancer or company might have a different terms, this is what works for me.
 
Fortunately for me, I've never really been terminated from any of my employment for any reason whatsoever by the management but I have actually been the one that tendered in my resignation letter when the situation no longer suited me because of how I am treated.

Paypal is safe for seller as well, if you can produce a valid proof, PayPal will never refund your money to buyer. I have had a couple of claims on my paypal account and I sent them the screenshot of the messages I had with the buyer and they denied refunding buyers.

I don't understand the reason why some buyers will always be trying to take their money back even when you have delivered a high-quality service which ordered? Simply because there is a system for them to exploit in using PayPal to make payments, some of them will always be looking at doing something stupid with it.
 
I have not been terminated from a job necessarily, but I have been laid off technically. That was during a temp job, and since it's a "temp" job it wasn't going to last me forever anyway. I could have advanced into a full time position at that company, but it was the call center I worked for. Never again lol.

I have also never been terminated ever. I carry out my duties in a responsible manner and this is why I am quite dedicated and diligent when it comes to my job. I have worked in a company in the past and I have always been mindful or my duty. Having said that, I work online as of now and I am a quite dedicated and hard working freelancer.

The reason why any company employs those that will work for them is to ensure that those people carry out their duties successfully and get paid when it is time for them to receive their salaries. In a situation whereby you are doing that effectively without any excuses, there is no reason for the company to terminate your appointment unless they have a need to reduce their number of workers to cut down their cost of production.

I hate getting charge back on my account. I like it when a client asks to send their payment for my service as a gift (Family & Friends). I wouldn't have to worry about getting charge back. I've had few clients who asked to send their payment this way.

I really commend you people that can actually be able to work in a call centre because personally I know it is one of the jobs that I cannot be able to do in my life. Even if I'm being paid every big amount of money, the reason why I can't take the job is because I can't stay on a call for more than 2 minutes and I will start having migraines.
