Have you used post exchanges/forum cash exchanges on your forum in the past?

If so, how have they worked for you?

The only time I would recommend using exchanges is when your forum is first starting up and you need some posts to prevent the forum from looking empty. Otherwise, I usually would recommend that people stay away from them because they tend not to be the highest quality. It's also easy to become dependent upon them.

Yes I have. I hardly ever do exchanges or buy posting packages but I usually do it to give a quick boost in activity- which will help encourage other members to post. If you don't have real members then post exchanges are useless...
