Has there ever been a time where you took your employees out on a work retreat? I think it's a great way to help with motivation and help ease people a bit. Work can be tough and annoying, so giving your employees a day or weekend of pampering goes a long way. Would you ever do this for your employees?

I think that the process of work retreat involves building better staff members and allow the staff members to improve their services and working capabilities. This is a good thing to do. I think that it also helps employees identify their strengths and weaknesses.

A company where I've worked in years ago took us on zoo retreat once. It was a very good experience for all of us because we didn't expect it and they paid all the bills needed to foot the retreat. I wouldn't mind doing it for my staff because it improved our work bond afterwards.

I have never had any reason to take my work is to any kind of retreat because I don't see any benefits it is going to be for my business except that is going to be an added unnecessary expenses for me. But I try as much as possible to pay them whenever their payment is due without delay.

I have never worked in an organization where the employer took the staff to a retreat. In my capacity as an employer, I have also never taken my staff to a retreat. However, I believe taking your staff to a retreat will boost their morale and improve their productivity.
