Ever take inspiration from other forum owners?

It's one thing to take inspiration and ideas from other forums, but have you ever been inspired by other forums owners instead? Maybe to follow what they've done with their forums, or try and replicate his/her methods.

I've been inspired by many forums I've been to over the years. From their design, to their forum layout, to the subject matter and more. What inspired you?

I have worked on niches like crypto, mental health, lifestyle and business and investment. You can find a lot of forums using these niches. Did I take inspiration from others. Definitely yes. But I also tried to make my communities original by implementing things that I never saw on the forums.
