There's no sensible company or management that's going to force any of their staff members to stay at work when they are sick. It's an inhuman treatment and a company can be sued for doing anything like that.

Another staff can cover for who's sick to go for treatment for a few days. It won't make the business to fail because a sick staff didn't come to work.

Such kind of employers should be sacked and arrested because they violate basic employee rights. If employees notice something like this, then they should resign from the job and they must find work elsewhere.
