Ever have difficulty finding new sales with your new business?

If you're running a new business, have you ever had difficulty finding new sales right away? How did you combat the new business woes? Do you expect that your new business will take a bit to get going? There's always a chance of that happening.

I have been running my businesses since a couple of years and I still have difficulties on generating decent sales. I do not generate sales organically I have run ad campaigns to generate sales and conversion rate is not great.
