Ever had a problem moving a domain name to another register?

So far I had never had any problems with a domain register, but I heard a few people complaining about how they had to wait long periods of times for their domain to be fully transfered. Any of you got in trouble with transfering domains?

I have not had such a problem before because I don't own a domain, but heard that sometimes it may be due to network problems that some people are not able to move a domain name to another register.

I have never had the cause to move the domain name to another register. This would be necessary if one is not very satisfied with the hosting company.

I have registered my domains always with namecheap, I have never used any other domain registrars, I have also never acquired domains from another person, therefore, I never had to deal with domain transfer.
