Was there ever a time where you got into a heated argument with your boss? I could say I have had arguments in the past, but nothing to the point where it was super serious.

If you did, what was your argument about? Did it result in your firing? What else happened?

It could be a really bad idea to get into a heated argument with your boss. No person would ever do that and they know the consequences of this. Having said that, in case if the employee has any issues, they should be addressed in a polite manner.

I have been into a heated argument with a boss once and he threatened to fire me if I did not do what I was asked for. I refused to comply and I quit the job. The job was high paying but I felt humiliated so I quit.

Once the boss make attempts to humiliate the worker, it is always very important that the worker understands that they don't fit in there. It is not cool to have a boss who will talk trash about you without you doing anything about it.

Unfortunately, I am hired by my boss to work for him and not to get into any kind of heated argument with him. I know that this is a behaviour that will most likely make me not to last long in the job.

I am the kind of person that is not going to take that kind of stupid behaviour from any of my employees and as such, I'm not going to do it to my own boss as well.
