Ever buy property that had a squatter?

Have you ever purchased a property where there was a squatter living there? I've never dealt with squatters, but I know they make buying, selling, and renting properties tough. In some countries a squatter gets a whole 30 days to vacate a property. But in others, like the US, you don't get that time frame.

Well, I have not bought any properties where there was a squatter issue. I would never consider buying a property that has squatters. Even if I am getting the property for a cheaper price, I would never take a risk fo buying a property occupied by squatters.
