I tried to rent an apartment and came across not very good realtors who demanded a very high commission but promised me to rent a beautiful house for a low payment. I don't know why but then I paid them the money and thought they would keep their word and within a week they informed me that they had found a house but in fact, it was in very bad condition, although it was cheap, and they explained it to me by saying that there were no better options.
