Have you ever been offered money to sell your forum, website or blog to someone else? If so, what was the most you have ever gotten as a offer?

I probably had a request or two over the years, but I don't think I have ever had offers more than $50 USD for any forum I have owned.

I sold a few forums back in the day, I sold one for 30 and one for 50 dollars, one had a big database, the other one more active users.
Most I made selling my hosting site and the hosting company with it ihost4you.com, which looking back at it now was a gold mine and shouldn't have been sold for 250$.

Currently I own no site, but I do help forum and website owners market their sites. I go to advertising sites with high traffic exchange rate to advertise the sites on willing to sell. Sometimes I do post via fiverr.com site, there, I post about selling stuffs. Like, blogsite, products, forum site, social media site with high traffic exchange rate.

I don't own a site or forum but I have pages and youtube channel.50$ offer for a forum is not good deal if the forum is active and has attractive numbers of members. So don't sell in such price ever.

Website flipping is also one of the business ideas that I am contemplating about these days. I check on flippa and see a website that does not cost even $50 to build are selling for $300, $400. I think it is a lucrative business idea building websites and selling for higher profits.

Yes I did had a offer back in 2015 which I was running Android Digit blog which is quite popular with 5000-6000 unique visit a day and I got $2500 offer which I accepted as I wasn't keen to carry on and it was good return for site which earns around $300/month.

In 2020 I sold a site for $1000. The site had 110 unique articles and received about 7k visitors per month. The site was earning about $50 per month. The sale also included twitter, facebook page ans email associated with the site. I had spent just about $200 to build contents and domain renewal.

I got an offer from a friend for me to sell my blog to him and I turned him down immediately because I see a lot of worth in this my blog that I would not even contemplate selling it to anyone and not even to my friend.

Lol. $50 to sell your forum? I have never received any offer from anybody to sell my websites that are majorly online stores. I don't intend selling any either

You also own a forum? I didn't know that but of course I have never been asked to sell my website because I have none to see, the only site I ever had a hand in was a group project and after the project I no longer paid attention to it.

I have listed some site son flippa for $1500. I hope I get buyer for my site. The value of site lies on content, site age, search engine ranking, and the traffic it receives
