Wordpress is a popular content management system. However, wordpress has a lot of vulnerabilities, for instance wordpress website can be easily hacked. Wordpress is also not very appropriate for website that allows a lot of users to create accounts or subdomains. Here lies the importance of using content management system like Drupal. Drupal is appropriate for ecommerce websites that have multi vendors. You need coding skills to use drupal, though.

In matter of security, Drupal can have a registered users only comment so this limit spam comment from visitors that are spamming blog with advertisement so if you oblige user to register you will ban users that are commenting something out of article, there is a bypass security in Drupal plugin to install to prevent that Drupal prevents images uploaded by imgur because by default you have to upload image from your PC then it will be hard work for multiple images because you have to add another field of images set to unlimited and especially if you have some images hosted by imgur so download again to PC and reupload by Drupal will be a big issue. However for Drupal, email of verification comes in junk folder especially by Gmail and allow comment for guest will let blog out of control. I talk arround 2 years of trial Drupal hosting at OVH. Comparing to Wordpress, Drupal is more secure and proffessionnal. In matter of post both of Wordpress and Drupal provides pinned post.

Drupal websites are secured. However, a lot of people prefer wordpress over drupal because drupal demands some level of programming skills. Furthermore, wordpress is a huge community where you can get immediate help. But getting help from drupal community is difficult due to being very small.

Interesting analysis between drupal and WordPress hosting service management softwares. I never used drupal before for any website creation. With what you said, it looks professional to create a multi user website, like the online store, and other lucrative business websites. But WordPress remains the peoples choice, till i start getting more positive reviews about drupal before I'll believe that is taken over WordPress position as the best.

The popularity of wordpress is not based on performance just because wordpress is like blogger or wix providing free hosting website so the majority of new bloggers prefer free hosting and limitation of drupal or joomla because it is a paid hosting as simple as that.

You're right , I learnt all about WordPress from YouTube and I was able to create a landing page using Elementor.

Drupal has been around even longer than Wordpress. People consider Wordpress to be more user friendly. But, Drupal has a bit more flexible custom post types. If you are making a website with a complex data organisation, then Drupal may be a better choice than Wordpress.

We all know the world always like cheaper things. When the other offered better with affordable offers you will surely go for it. That's the case with joomla, drupal.and WordPress etc.

The free hosting you are talking about is wordpress as a blogging platform, however, the topic was about wordpress as a content management system

Since they say wordpress is easy to use and can be used without any coding skills, I guess I will be using wordpress.

When it comes to website creating website, I think WordPress is actually the best and I don't even know anything about Drupal so I will always make use of WordPress as it is the most popular and it is the most effective and efficient means to create your website.

When it comes to sites creation without code, I haven't seen anyone that has come close to WordPress in the last yearn. Drupal is good too but is more of for business.

Drupal is more secured than wordpress, and unlike drupal wordpress cannot handle a large traffic or too many users. However, as far as spam comments is considered, you cna easily disable commenting on your wordpress webste.

Ok i think the point you trying to make i now fully understand if I’m not getting you wrong. In simple word, drupal is appropriate or better than wordpress for e-commerce website

You see, the truth is that I am not a coder neither am I learning coding either. I will simply just go with WordPress to make things easier for me

In order to use drupal, you need some level of coding skills. When you face any issues, it is also very difficult to get help as there are few users. However, drupal builds powerful websites
