In matter of security, Drupal can have a registered users only comment so this limit spam comment from visitors that are spamming blog with advertisement so if you oblige user to register you will ban users that are commenting something out of article, there is a bypass security in Drupal plugin to install to prevent that Drupal prevents images uploaded by imgur because by default you have to upload image from your PC then it will be hard work for multiple images because you have to add another field of images set to unlimited and especially if you have some images hosted by imgur so download again to PC and reupload by Drupal will be a big issue. However for Drupal, email of verification comes in junk folder especially by Gmail and allow comment for guest will let blog out of control. I talk arround 2 years of trial Drupal hosting at OVH. Comparing to Wordpress, Drupal is more secure and proffessionnal. In matter of post both of Wordpress and Drupal provides pinned post.
