Doing virtual reality tours of your property instead of in person

Do you find that doing virtual tours of a property is just as good as having a showing in person? With VR becoming a thing, I can see a lot of real estate listings offering a full virtual view of the house, so you can see everything as if you were there. I think it could be a good way to see house in all its glory without haven't to go there and see it in person. Though I would still advise checking the property out in person just in case. But could you see more showings doing it the VR way?
