Yes, my country does but with the way things go in my country, it seems like we don't because it seems like things are done without consideration of the financial aspects to the country and to the masses.

I think that the job of an accountant general is not that easy. I believe that an accountant general is a really highly qualified person because he is the cheif accountant of a state. Moreover, they may also have a good amount of experience as well.
