Does your business have a HR department?

Some businesses, mainly bigger ones will often have a HR department, or Human Resources to be exact. The purpose of the HR department is mainly to manage the employee, from start to finish. This includes from the hiring process, onboarding, training and so on. It also includes when an employee is fired. Does your business have an HR department?

I have operated multiple businesses, both online and offline, however, I never had HR department. That's because we were a small businesses that did not have to hire a lot of people frequently and did not have to manage a lot of employees.
