Does your boss have an assistant? Does he need an assistant for the work he does? I ask this because I know some people hire on assistants and they sometimes don't have any work to do. In turn this is a waste of money from the employer, but also could be a waste to this persons time if they're not learning or growing in their job. Sure they might be making money, but I imagine they also want some experience.
