Does using A.I. constitute cheating?

I don't like the idea of an image being completely generated by A.I. services. However, what I have done is use an element from an A.I. generated image in Photoshop, with some additional elements, to create something unique that felt original and not like cheating. I did this for my last couple YouTube thumbails. I feel like the services can be used as a tool, but at the same time I think it's pretty cheap and lazy to have them do all the work.

People go to art schools and practice for 10-15 years to become an artist, people do to design school and learn graphic designs for many months to create digital art, but people using AI tool can create an art in less than a minute. This is a sad reality of out world
