Does it make sense to put an armored door in the house?

In my opinion, this could be a very good option for protecting the house, but in this case it will need to be installed in the same windows if you live in a private house. I don't think it would completely stop the robbers, but it could stop them for a while

I don't think it can stop burglaries 100%, but it will increase the house's security and decrease the probability of a burglary, if you have valuables at home it can be a good idea.

Unless you are a high profile individual, I do not see any need for armored door in the house.
