Most gig sites have a lot of options for software developers, coders, graphic designers and so on, ready to be hired. And some of the sellers on these sites are pros, I'll give them that. But there are a lot of people on these gig sites who will probably lie about their skills.
My opinion, is that I would never use a gig site, like Fiverr for example, or alternatives to it, because you don't always get the best sellers from it. I think finding an established developer, who has a portfolio and history to back him/her, is more ideal.
