Do you use country domains?

Country domains are the domains specifically given to countries, for example, dot us for the United States, dot uk for the United Kingdom, dot au, for Australia, etc. Country domains are good for websites that specifically target the local market and want to rank on local searches.

I have used a lot of country domains even content is international. It seems good and cheap.

I haven't... to be honest, I think it's only worth it if: a) you're only targeting that specific country, or b) you can't get the .com domain that you want. Myself, I've never run into either of those issues.

I did consider getting a .se domain for the purposes of 'domain hacking'; however, I decided the price wasn't worth it.

I use several .be’s for my company and some other websites I own targeting only Belgian people. But anything worldwide like Admin Junkies, I would use a .com or .net, whatever suits me best.

Even though the material is transnational, I have used numerous national domains. It appears reasonable and excellent.
