The value of a domain, website depends on various parameters like the traffic, length, income. Do you use any tool for estimating the value of a domain or website ?

I don't believe these domain valuation and website valuation tools. Once my domain was valued at $1500 but when I tried selling it I could not neven sell for $20.

If powerful people. companies in the internet sector are slandering a domain investor who they hate, it is very difficult to sell the domain at a market price

I don't know about the slandering issues you have mentioned but the value of the website or domain is the value that your buyers are willing to pay.
