Do you use a safe for any personal belongings?

Do you guys use a safe for any of your personal belongings? Maybe you have family jewelry or other belongings that are important in some regards. I have a safe but don't really use it that often. Do you have your safe mostly hidden? I try to keep my safe hidden. What about you?

I asked my parents to buy a safe to store their jewelry, but for them, the best option is to just bury it where no one but them will know. Maybe it is more reliable and maybe not. You can only be sure if someone tries to rob them
