Do You Trade In Local Currency Or Foreign Currencies?

There are many currencies out there and you could trade in any kind of currency. Some people trade foreign currencies for local ones and some people trade only in foreign currencies. So, the trading pair may be different. So, when it comes to trading in currencies do you trade local currencies for a foreign one or foreign currency for a foreign one?

I trade in foreign currency and the reason is that I learnt a forex using foreign currency and I found the analysis of the foreign currencies much more easier which is why I would always choose foreign currency.
