My Instagram account have been linked to my Facebook for as long as I can remember. It makes it very easier for me to manage posts from my Facebook to my Instagram without needing to login separately on my Instagram.

Recently, I've been seeing a lot of people complaining about having their Facebook account suspended as a result of being linked to their Instagram account which got suspended.

I'm wondering if it's better and safe for me to unlink my Instagram from my Facebook now even though my Instagram isn't facing any suspension at the moment?
