Self employed workers often don't get taxes taken out of their pay, so during tax season you will often have to pay in. I had to pay in this year, but finally completed my taxes. I did not have enough saved up but was able to pay it. Have you ever had a year where you had to pay in for taxes but didn't have enough? I've started to save better through the year because of it.

I am self-employed, and my annual income is less than taxable amount, therefore, I do not pay income taxes. However, I pay taxes for my online income. Everything I receive payment, they cut 8 percent.
