Do you review books?

When you buy books online, do you also post a review after you have read the book? How often do you review the books you have read? In the past, I used to leave reviews after I read the book, especially if I liked it. If I did not like the book, I did not feel like talking about the book, I also did not want to discourage the author, therefore, I never left any negative reviews. However, I don't review books these days.
