As a forum owner, do you find it necessarily important to reply all the topics that are created in your forum by all of the members in your community?

Personally, I feel it's too much to ask of any forum owner for any reason whatsoever. It's definitely going to burn you out very quickly especially if you have so much activity with new topic content creation.

What do you think?

Actually I do not reply on all threads on any post to pay forums site I am working on because I am to reply on only what I know about and not lie on what I do not know.

AS an owner, I make sure none of the threads have zero replies. Therefore, when I see threads that do not have replies I reply and try to push them into the feed. However, I do not reply just for the sake of replying.
