Generally speaking, the absence of necessary skills and knowledge might make it difficult to execute your business idea. Even when somehow you start a business, it might not be easy to become successful if you lack skills and knowledge. However, if you set up a team of knowledgeable and experienced staff, business management might be a little easy. Running a business is not one man work, so a team effort is more important. Your staff needs to be highly skilled.

Once you have a team that is willing to play a good role in helping you scale through in the business, you can definitely achieve more things in the business. This is why I will always advise anyone starting a business to understand the kind of staff members that are needed and push to have such members on board.

Even though it is possible for you to hire a great team that is going to help you to work on your business venture and see it become successful, it is always going to be in your best interest to have the skill and knowledge that is well-rounded in that particular project so that you will be following everything that they are doing very well

Having knowledge in whatever business you run is necessary in my perspective. Sometimes you might have not had the knowledge before starting the business, it is way safer if you gradually acquire more knowledge and skills in field as to know how things run in your business. So without that, get ready for overspending.

I think it's very important to have the knowledge for whatever you are working in. If you don't have skills or knowledge, you're going to get chewed out for it. Especially if you're trying to do something you have no skills or knowledge in and expect it to get over.

True indeed, having knowledge and skills are necessary to run a successful business. You sure can hire expert to help you, but your staff can double cross you if you do not have relevant knowledge. Well, being expert certainly help but if that is not possible, you should at least have basic skills
