Every forum have its own rule and regulations that guides all members on how to use the community.

It's expected that all members read and agree to the forum rules when joining the community, although I'm not sure if all make out time to read all the rules in a forum.

As a forum owner, do you make out time to read the rules and regulations on other forums when you join them or do you assume to know what should be the rules?

Yes, I do. In fact I created my rules based on what were the general;ly accepted rules that I found on other forums. There are things that all forum owner agrees, for instance, rules against spamming.
