So, do you guys provide any incentives to your staff members to keep them motivated? What kind of incentives do you usually give them? Do you pay them monthly for their services?

How do you motivate them in general, to post more? Would you hire a member to be a part of your staff, if they received warnings before or even got banned before?

Do you request your staff to put more effort in keeping your website active, when you can't make time for it? Do you think it's a feasible request to make? What are your thoughts about this topic?
Do share your opinions here. Thanks in advance guys!

I always try as much as I can to provide some kind of incentive especially when the workload is much or during the festive season so that they are going to have time to enjoy with their families.

One person is running my website. I have not yet hired anyone. Most likely will in the future. But finding the proper employees with the same devotion and vision as you would be difficult.

Actually incentives are very important in terms of motivation to your employees or staffs. these can comes in forms of surprises by giving them free gift or additional salaries for their work done.

It's nice to provide incentives to staffs on one's website. It helps to keep them motivated especially if the incentive is in form of money, because everyone likes extra cash.

Well the provision of incentives to staffs is very important even though not all business companies are into such policies. it really helps to motivate them and such are not predicted either to be in kind or cash.

Of course I'll give them incentives especially when we achieve a milestone or accomplish a goal, finish a project or the likes. Pushing them to do more will always be by weekly meetings and strategy sessions.

Employees and workers need some motivations, business owner should provide some program for them to keep them entertained and motivated.

I don't work for free and I don't expect anyone to work for free. Therefore, I pay incentives to my staff, I might not be paying a lot of money but I do offer some kind of cash benefits for my staff.

Yes that's the fact about it, it really motivates the members, but in as much as you can't provide that to them, I think one should just make sure he provides gift to them, it motivates employees.

I think that the economy is really bad and no one should work for free. There are times when people do work for free when it comes to charity organisations. However, many people do charge money.

My company is still very small so i do not have staffs for now but with time i believe i might have need for staffs. Where i used to work, my boss has never given out incentives to us the workers.
