Do you prefer to build your own PC?

When it comes to needing a new PC, do you prefer to build your own by selecting all the parts separately and assembling it all yourself? Or do you like to purchase a pre-built PC from a reputable company such as Alienware or Asus? For me, i generally buy pre-builds. I don't have the time or patience to buy all the compatible parts, wait for them to come in and then put it all together. It's easier for me to just buy a pre-built machine from Best Buy or another retailer. In recent years my setup has limited me to high-end gaming laptops, so that's what I've been using over the desktop machines. I wish I could have a desktop but it would be too costly to change things around enough to be able to have one.

Do you like to build your own PCs? Or do you buy them pre-built?

As much as I would love to build my own PC, I feel that without having enough knowledge I am not able to do so at least for the moment.

I know that if I had the knowledge it would probably cost me a lot less to get a pre-built and to get a higher-end PC as well so it is something I may look into later on to replace my current desktop PC.

Haha, i have no idea on how to build my own PC i might probably end up building a time bomb or something close to that in the end. It would be way easier for me to just buy one instead.

I have a custom one now and while I do like it, I am going to be switching away from it soon. I think later this year possibly. I want to get a mini and clear up desk space. We got them at work and I prefer not having a massive tower now.

I want to build my next PC, but the gaming PC I own now, was prebuilt by an old work friend. Next one I get, I hope to build it.

I like to build things on my own so I prefer to build my own PC. Currently, I have a custom-built PC and it is working fine so far. But my PC currently doesn't have a GPU yet and running on Intel HD graphics.

I do not have the skills to build a PC, I have always bought premade PCs. However, I have a desire to hire a hardware specialist to build a PC for me. These days I am saving money for that purpose. I need at least 5K USD
