How do you always keep your employees very motivates to be giving their 100% in your business with the work they are doing every day? Staff motivation is the key to prevent them from switching to your competitors.

Yes, I offer bonuses, but not just for a good month, because now things are going well for me, but I'm not going to just pay for these bonuses. I can pay bonuses when the month was very difficult and problematic, but the employees coped with it and helped me. And also when they can offer me new ideas that will help the business earn even more.
