There are many businessmen who may want to register their business in order to prevent legal issues and problems later. This may seem like a wise decision. However, registering your business depends on various factors. In my country, small shop owners may or may not register their business, depending on what kind of business they are conducting. So, do you need to legally register your business?

It depends on the country you live in and their rules. In the US for example, you need to register any business, or at least pay business taxes and all that. You can be self employed and still quality as a registered business.

If you want things to be on good standing, registering is a wise thing to do, at least in the US.

You need to register your business since there's a need for a business to be legal and trusted. Though in my country, you can start a business without registering but when such business grows in high reputation and trying to register late the amount to be paid would be much because the taxes would charge from the commencement of such business.

I think it's necessary to register your business legally so you can do your business without any hindrance. Even there are some grant and loan that it's only the registered business that have access to it.

It is absolutely imperative that a business owner goes through the various procedures needed to fully register the business as a private limited liability company. This confirms the legitimacy of the business.

Well, I think that the laws differ a lot when it comes to registering a business in any kind of country. There are many small businesses in here that are not registered at all.

Most countries require that businesses need to be registered. When starting a business, you should research to know what the government requires of your business. That way, you can do the right thing and avoid trouble.

Registration of business is quite important if you want people to trust your business. However, registering and regulation both should be mandatory in order to get investors for your company.

In principle, you'll have to create a company bank account, file with the necessary agencies, and get an identification number for employers. Also, you might need to submit any required license and permission applications and make sure you abide by all applicable rules and regulations connected to your sector.

i do not think it is compulsory to register a business, atleast in my country of residency it is not important but i know it has added advantage when you register your business with relevant authorities

If you have not registered your business in my country, you can't bid for contracts that have to do with multinationals and the government. Also, banks only give loans to registered businesses in my country.

It is not all businesses that you would have to register. If your business is largely informal, you must not register it. But if it is a formal business, you must register it with the government.

It is very important for your business to be registered by the government because some government always closed down some shops or some business when the person has failed to register the business

It is mandatory to legally register your business because it is a law . Business that are not legally registered may lose certain things because there are some benefits you could gain from the government if your businesses are registered.

Following the law, it is important to legally register your company under the r company registration organisation. However, there are so many companies who do not take this into account.

Absolutely it's very important that you get your business registered and legally recognized by the government authority to allow you operate with much interference in the system.

In my home country, you are required to register any business, no matter the size of the business. Whether you are selling fruits on a push carts or have a factory, you need to register your business

Though over here (my country) there are so many business owners running their business without actually having their business registered officially, but these business owners also have limits as to what they can do. There are certain things they cannot apply their business for because it is not registered.

I think businesses have to register with their local authority and also some businesses require certain clearances also.
