Do you need employees for your business?

Some people start a business lonely and improve it until they need employees because work load increases.
Does your business reached the stage to hire employees?

In some countries, the success depends on the community to which the person belongs, and people from poorer communities do not get orders, so they cannot hire others.

Business cannot happen in isolation. You might work alone but from time to time you will need someone to help you, even if it means hiring a virtual assistant.

I don't have a business at present but when I have I may employee my family members and if I require more then I will surely hire people from outside.

I think hiring family members will not help your business unless they are experts in it.

In a small business setup, most people prefer to hire their family members because they don't trust others but when they increase the operations then they need to hire more so they need to look outside the family

It is not easy to be paying someone salary. So, if you know you can't, don't employ anyone. Just use your labour and family/ friends.

As for me, I have just one staff in my poultry farm. And I try to pay her as at when due.
